I don't know many investors who want to spend time holding shareholder meetings, writing resolutions, filing financial statements, etc (or paying someone to do it for them).If you can provide a good reason why a corp is better than an LLC, I'm all ears.

This is a concern obviously for those trying to lock down long term debt for investments.

@Mike Curadossi could you use a key card type lock for the common doors and a physical key for unit doors?

@Kelly Beasley Those are fairly decent numbers for your first deal, especially if it's turn key and you're locking it up with an option period.
