Don't believe them when they say they don't have one.I was thinking about using Cozy as I've heard a lot of good things about it.

It isn't on the best side of town and it appears to need updated air conditioning, repainting, and probably new appliances.

The hvac company I usually go with is Economy Heat and Air.
