There is another document that should be signed by you AND your GC, and should contain the following:#1: Breakdown in the phases of work#2: Estimated Costs of each phase (Not detailed line item breakdown, thats in the line-item budget, which is a different document altogether that your GC should provide)#3: Estimated completion date for each phase (Again this is not a hard date.

Carpet will not contain it- in fact it will make it 10x worse.Maybe if you have vinyl throughout- but just the thought of 3 animals in one of my units makes me shake my head.Never for me- I will limit my market, just like I don’t rent to smokers.

I am writing out all the damages to the property and my contractor is going to give me a receipt... the damages will contain the locksmith cost for changing the locks because they did not give me the keys and they broke a key in the back door lock... the waste removal, the repainting of one room that was painted black and one wall in the dinning room I have to paint because they painted it orange...
