Wow, you need to read some of my posts and John Jackson and Michael Carbonare posts.Lease option assignments help sellers sell on terms.They can list with an agent and pay the costs to sell, rent it out or sell on terms, incl sub 2 and rent to own.When credit is tight, terms and cash sales need to be looked at seriously.
