My only hesitation is that I feel like a no trespassing sign could look a little foreboding in front of a property. also I wonder if some inspectors might take that as a challenge to find something.

I great at different points of my life to write down my goals with all the needed components, such as specific, measurable and having a time limit...the problem was that I quickly forgot to pay attention to them and stay focused on them.I'd heard @Brandon Turner talk about the 100 Day Challenge on the podcasts and I decided it was time to sign up. 

Banks are the worst because even when they know or have the opportunity to know, they always claim to know nothing, and no one can challenge the bank because of plausible deniability.

When it comes to real estate, all aspects, I am honestly a little nervous, but up to the challenge.  

It happens when you deal with social marketing, and those kinds of responses to ads CAN be useful if you try and make em useful.I try to engage those complaining and ask for comparable in the area.

Also, securing 100% financing that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg is going to be challenging.

I realize I may only be able  to open up a few units, but would be a big help to the bottom line.My challenge is that every unit will need painting, new flooring, minor updates and repairs which, I figure two to three weeks of work to complete.  

Pure numbers don't look bad....And maybe look at some details like property condition (so no major outlays early for capital projects), your home base makes me think college, so are these empty each summer or is there mass competition for students (which can be management challenges).

This second vacancy has spanned nearly a year.I have been challenging my property manager for several months on filling this vacancy.

I absolutely love the challenge ahead.I have just signed up for an online course to get my RE license and I have to take leave and fly From Germany to the United States to take the test in person.
