Or are there still good reasons to talk with a real person?

After paying the city for a rental license and CO inspection and now a lead inspection, I’m wondering if I should pass these costs onto my tenants or is this just consider these cost that I pay for my business.

What assets: real estate/land, buildings, water rights, licenses?

Hello,I am currently located in the Denver, Colorado area, looking to start doing some fix and flips to generate some extra income and eventually transition to a full time real estate investor. 

Accounting for real estate flipsAll money spend before the sale should be posted to the Balance Sheet for that specific property. 

I attend Real Estate industry related business meetings monthly at the local Realtor's Association in Colorado Springs and the insurance agents who attend have all attested to drastic premium increases over the last year...  

The hard part is figuring out what you can easily delegate but that is true of most businesses (I was good at it when I worked for someone else, but not good at it for my own items but want to improve).  

We had a busy 2023 for us.

I've requested a few small cash outs to my bank.  2% fee, all done through the app, and funds always in my checking account the next business day. 

However, I am intrigued by the STR market and would like to connect to see if I could add value to someone in their business or help (Co-Host) managing their STR.
