Try to get some comps that are close to the property and have a similar amount of bathrooms and bedrooms.I know comps are tricky in Philly because with so much development you can be in the badlands one second and two blocks away from 400K plus properties.See you around.

If its cinder blocks you will obviously need a sledge hammer and also if there are cinder blocks in the window frame then the windows were removed.
