Since traffic isn't that bad in Beaumont, an investment in "Old Town" or a similar neighborhood would probably be a safer bet for your daughter, pun intended.

Your best bet is to get a no-cost estimate, research the company, read the fine print, ask lots of questions and then decide.

But you can bet deposits will go up unless there's legislation to stop that.
