After all said and done, I had doors open, hired a good manager, furnished the place with beds, recliners, TVs, call buttons, had professional photos taken, self created the website, and prepped for the SILVER TSUNAMI FLOOD of residents that would pour into this beautiful home in DROVES!!!....

I've done both deals, and both have their advantages and disadvantages.I PREFER early 1900's buildings, they are beautiful and will never be built like that again.Feel free to reach out, I'd love to connect!

Anyway, I just share that story to say that platforms help with SEO, but one is not really better than the other.

Initially, I joined the Response program which is one of the education platforms.

I'm now currently one of the BD team members and assist incoming investors with everything as simple as shepherding their long-time self-managed property/ies onto Mynd's platform, or as complex as assisting in the underwriting process of an exchange, validating numbers and assumptions in value, cap ex, rents, etc... midstream of a deal.  

I did a few updates to it (new tile, vanity and mirror), now everyone comments on how beautifully updated it is. 

Anyway I'm bad at introductions so I'll cut this off with a good evening to anyone on Eastern time, and to those who happen to be at the beach in Florida, the sky is quite beautiful. 

A sad history for a beautiful and very gentle country.

The home is a beautiful antique colonial in a very desirable, upper middle class, new england town that my husband spent 5 years renovating while we lived there.
