Seeking an Investment Partner
18 January 2021 | 3 replies
I've been reading a lot about real estate investing & creative financing and very eager to start so I would like to connect with a knowledgeable partner/coach to get into real estate investing. As @Brandon Turner and @David Greene mention on the podcast frequently there are at least three parts to every deal - The Deal (finding the deal) - The Execution (overseeing the work, managing the property, etc) - The Funds I feel I can bring in some value on finding a deal and bringing some funds for the investment deals. Here's how I can add value to a potential partner:- I have some liquid capital available, and can liquidate more if necessary- I have good team working skills and a positive attitude. - I have an open mind to new strategies/investmentsI am open to other suggestions from the BP community and willing to do whatever it takes to get into real estate and my first investment propertyThanks so much in advance!

this is the dream that guru's sell and in a way what's sold on BP.. the reality for those starting out which is a vast majority of the BP audience is that generating a portfolio big enough with minimum down and max leverage is going to take literally 50 to 100 houses to create that cash flow you can count on to live off of.the investor who pays cash might get there albeit slowly but unless these folks are in the trench's and can massively scale or conversely live in an area were they can live on 4 to 5k a month its pretty tough..
