Seeking an Investment Partner
Hi All,
I am a new investor currently residing in Round Rock, TX. I've been reading a lot about real estate investing & creative financing and very eager to start so I would like to connect with a knowledgeable partner/coach to get into real estate investing.
As @Brandon Turner and @David Greene mention on the podcast frequently there are at least three parts to every deal
- - The Deal (finding the deal)
- - The Execution (overseeing the work, managing the property, etc)
- - The Funds
I feel I can bring in some value on finding a deal and bringing some funds for the investment deals.
Here's how I can add value to a potential partner:
- I have some liquid capital available, and can liquidate more if necessary
- I have good team working skills and a positive attitude.
- I have an open mind to new strategies/investments
I am open to other suggestions from the BP community and willing to do whatever it takes to get into real estate and my first investment property
Thanks so much in advance!

@Nick Dahal Congrats on taking the step into real estate!
Before you start jumping into real estate and looking for a partner, what is your why in investing? What goals do you need to accomplish your why? Are you looking to invest in cash flow or appreciation? Do you need cash flow now? What is your appetite for rehab?
These are some of the questions to ask yourself and ensure you and your future partner are on the same page on.
That is great you know what you can bring to the partnership. Are there other skills you can bring?
Ensure your future partner has complimentary skills to you. You both should not have the same set of skills. They should be strong where you are weak, vice-versa.
Good luck!
