Phillips, Gotha, parts of Ocoee; Seminole actually has more good schools than Orange County, and you can check out Altamonte Springs and Wekiva Springs.Disney also employs over 50,000 people, so Kissimmee, Davenport and to a lesser extent Poinciana are fantastic rental choices as well.

@Andy Peck - if you have access to Southern Yellow Pine, it is a popular and durable choice... readily available, as flooring in our area and obviously, even more so further south.

Not really, but even if it was it's good information to gain perspective into why people prefer one over the other, if there was no relevance to the issue than I'd say there is no relevance to purchase 5/1 units which we all know would be a huge problem.I like to understand the pros and cons of the advantages and disadvantages of properties to make choices in what I purchase.

With the time difference depending on where you are deployed and how much time you can devote to seeking out potential repair man or contractors and dealing with the hassle of non-payments etc. it really would be your choice.
