Using Google voice with the cut/paste is the approach I take now, and it not a big task.  

Your biggest challenge, in my opinion ( and what I am currently facing now) is the amount of money you have saved and coming in as well as being young.

This lady thinks RE is going to solve personal finance challenges. 

It's challenged right now by the fact that 35E and 380 both run close but far enough away that it still has an isolated feel, which is keeping prices down.

I think that an approach that might help accelerate this vision would be to continue that savings rate, but to consider a "live-in flip" - one or several, in addition to a plan along the paths that he mentions. 

I plan on buying multiple properties in the coming months but being able to keep up with everything is already a challenge.

I'd imagine you have to break this down into smaller chunks other wise almost no one will be able to approach this.

I enjoy the challenge and reward of  being my own boss and am planning to do just that with real estate.
