Hey everyone, im pretty new here and wondering how do you calculate the price or amount you'll most likely spend on rehab when punching in the numbers using the biggerpockets calculator tool. or would you contact a contractor and have them analyze before doing the numbers

So we need a third partner with money as I continue to hone my skills at finding and analyzing deals for profitability and we'll have our business core team. 

I am trying to analyze whether to purchase an investment rental property in a SFH/MFH on a turnkey basis or via a real estate syndication. 

We’ve been consistent with analyzing deals, have done a few walkthroughs on what seemed to be good deals until physically seeing the property.  

He is hungry to learn and has read books, listened to recommended podcasts, & learned how to analyze properties.

I can't say I've watched the market there, but personally I know people who have moved there because it's cheaper than, but still close to, Great Barrington which is a very popular destination and has a lot going on!

Looking for a potential partner to analyze and possibly structure a deal on a coin op laundry that also has commercial lease space.
