Coin Op Laundry/Commercial Space
Looking for a potential partner to analyze and possibly structure a deal on a coin op laundry that also has commercial lease space. Location is Gulf Coast. I have previously operated a family owned coin op self serve laundry for 2+ years and am very familiar with the area.
Commercial space is currently leased for $3k/month and laundry services are roughly $7k/month in revenue, both are unverified at this point.
*Absentee owner, no marketing, no credit card options, no drop-off service, no web presence.
*near RV parks, hotels, tourist attractions, restaurants.
