My advise is to pick a mix of about 4 or 5 different software.

I've seen it discussed lightly on the forums but never looked into it too much. we have a podcast that talks specifically about notes. there is also a forum on BP for tax liens and notes with tons of great content.

I believe in San Antonio as a whole for long term appreciation but Vida specifically depends on specifics of the home.

I want to be ask specific as possible (I’m literally making a sheet of questions to take with me as I speak to them) if you guys were in my shoes starting out, what would you make sure I add to this sheet?

@Jeff Prow It would be hard to get rental income on this specific property before leaving as my wife is working overtime and we have pets, stuff etc.

Once you have this team in place, you should be able to invest in any market confidently.As for picking a specific market - I would go after one with an increasing job and population growth.

I couldn't find a specific answer for my scenario anywhere. 

I would advise you to keep it simple and spell everything out in an operating agreement.

I'm sure there's a formula that experienced investors use when prepping a unit for renters, like specific cabinets, countertop, etc. 

Can an inspector advise what to be done?
