It is locally adjusted for different areas of the country.Some can give you labor hours allotments to do specific tasks, and these labor rates do typically include a 15%- 20% contractor mark up and the needed basic worker insurance rates, etc.That's the easiest and fairest way to go for you I think.Look for stuff by BNi and RS Means.Thanks,Ken

Charles,It may simply be that your ad lacks a fun, easy list of all of the benefits of your particular rental.Unfortunately, Weichart doesn't really have much motivation because they don't stand to make a lot of money off of your one rental.

There's no benefit to getting a property manager for one SFH thats far away (cost too much per unit), and managing it myself is infeasible if I want to retain my current job and salary here.
