However, in today's market conditions syndicators that are pushing a hold period under 5 years would seem to me that they are being too aggressive on assumptions. 

I’m actually pretty shocked nobody has even given me a low ball offer on the house at this point.  

I did a YouTube video of it as well and was actually surprised how easy it was to complete compared to a typical government form
