Hello,I am in a partnership for a development deal, and with the project now over the LLC needs to be dissolved, but there potentially is a need for litigation.The project was in Washington, but the LLC was formed in Nevada, and all parties involved are residents of Washington.

I love using Uber & Lyft to get anywhere but I also like walkable cities a lot more.I'm also amazed that an exact 1,500 square feet single family home is orders of magnitude more in SF Bay Area compared to the Midwest.

The policies I've found to act as my own GC are absurdly expensive but will drop in price over time as i build experience. the polices that include hiring a CG are obviously less expensive, but the cost of hiring a GC just puts me back to square one!
