Is he living there or just storing his junk?

I'm surprised to see that there are TONS of flooring stores available and rather than have to sift through a thousand listings, I thought I'd ask the BP community of Las Vegas where you all are buying your flooring and why you chose there over the others.

And I plan on shutting that store down soon as well...To get started, I am looking to invest in a multi-family (2-4units) and profit off of that by house-hacking/renting it out to tenants.

I’m looking for a place that I can store this cash that will allow me to liquidate it quickly if necessary while also earning more than the 2% account that it is currently sitting in.

It’s still a cool house, so I paid off my little borrowed money and hung onto it and it sits there vacant, storing some of my stuff somewhere in the middle of the US.

One lead is a small commercial retail store in Tucson, AZ  and the second is about 5 acres of land in Sahuarita, AZ.

I’d love to have rentals and do a rent to own program for teachers, nurses, police officers, veterans and storing adults with a good job just poor credit from old mistakes.If you still remember being scared of this process, and struggling with finding funding, a niche market, and just wishing you had more like minded people around you please reach out.

If you don't have something in writing saying they abandoned the remaining items, you may have to store them (at their cost). 

To give you an idea on LTRs, our rents are from about $900-$1200 and our tenants are in these lines of work: 1. high school coach (single), 2. big box store assistant manager, 3. retired marine corps vet, 4. mechanical engineer at local glass company. 

They proceeded to strip all the dry wall to access illegally stored drugs and growing equipment kept behind it (not by the owner mind you!
