Hello all, I need a bit of insight, I know how they say financing your first deal can be the most stressful but I am a bit apprehensive about how the credit conversation will play out with the lender due to my personal credit being a bit challenged (not by my own doing, and no bankruptcies) but my business credit is great.

My aunt & her husband have $20k accumulated, however I have the highest credit score out of the 3 of us and I am not sure if my debt to income will come in to play in this scenario. 

They are playing you like a fiddle and you're letting them walk all over you.

Now I've grown my businesses, gotten those loans, expanded my portfolio, but can now LEGALLY go back in time and get all that money back and inject that cash into my future growth plays. 

That’s where the high cash on cash returns come into play!

@Brian Zaug airline stocks are a good play and some oil companies are a better play since the assets that back them are better then the airlines

Not sure if this will play out more regionally or nationwide.
