Honestly in any case, you should have skin in the game before an investor decides to go with you. or you better have a lot of assets in your name that can be used as collateral if you want to go the no money down route.

Both are the same but one is interviewing men and the other women.I did find interesting similarities between the upper half of income earners vs the lower half.Granted, the people barely scraping by are going to have a much harder time getting involved in this game, but all the same, it's a quick read that hopefully reaffirms what most of us are trying to do....be financially well off!

We need to find creative ways to get our property in front of students/realtors as most tenants search the Internet and although our property is approximately one mile from campus it does not appear in searches when looking in the specific city because it is actually in a different city!
