A few years ago, yes I did, but I moved on to the Alabama and Georgia markets for a better balance of cash flow and appreciation.My residential home here in Leander, Texas just north of Austin, that is now worth $350K (bought for $144,900 in 2008 and will be paid off in 2023) is my Texas investment.
