To keep the coverage intact, use a Warranty Deed instead.If they have already been transferred by a Quit Claim Deed, you can buy an endorsement if the lapse has not been too long or a new policy.

This woman kept a small dog that relieved itself on the carpet & the hardwood oak floors ..... here is what my guy had to do to repair it ..... the $300 non-deductible pet deposit didn't quite cover it !!!
