My question to experienced investors is what questions did you ask before getting into the business.

It would be a Form D, but I wouldn't recommend you try to do it yourself...if you are going to raise money from people you need the help of an experienced securities attorney.

Hello experienced BP'ers,When you purchase a property, is it possible to transfer the warranty for appliances/HVAC/security systems etc. over to your name?

According to the mortgage company FHA has resurrected the seasoning requirements for FHA mortgages. has anyone else experienced this of late?  

That's not at all what I experienced, however.
