I would like to say how much I learned and how much I enjoyed the 2 Fortune Builders events that we attended, a 1 day and a 3 day event, very professional,  very entertaining, well worth the price of entry into the events, We left the event with more information than we could have imagined, from wholesaling, to property management, and much more...I feel like I received a tremendous value, just in the books, CD's, and DVD's,  that we got to bring home, not to mention the education that we received while at the event, Shawn Mac Nicholas, I believe was our Instructor at the 3 day event, Wonderful presentation, Great guy enjoyed his program very much...

As long as your trip is primarily for your rental activity, you can add a ­vacation to the end of the trip, make a side trip purely for fun, or even enjoy evenings doing vacation activates, and still deduct your entire airfare, rental car, or standard mileage rate if using your own car.

-keep the land as a yard, and enjoy it.We are worried that selling half of the property will lower the value of the existing home.

If you renovated and raised rents or decreased expenses (do both), you can pull out in cash a lot of that new equity you just created and buy more property, take some $ have enjoy your life, or do both.
