Southern Maryland REI Group

Looking for recommendations for a local REI Group or young professional meet ups in Southern Maryland (Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, St. Mary's). I am a new investor in Southern Maryland looking to establish connections with agents, contractors, and other investors. I am aware of a few that I have found online, however does anyone have any experience with a group they would recommend.

The group is organized by @Steve Cavanaugh and has great participation. Every meeting has a seminar portion that touches on different subjects in our industry taught by experts.  I always learn something new going to the meetings and enjoy the networking opportunities as well.
