I love the consistent client but I hate that every year or two it’s a massive turn around! 

Do you guys know of people who are consistently flipping in PBC? 

I realize from research this is a consistent debate, but I cant seem find a straight answer.Im just about to start flipping houses (Alaska most likely).I will buy my first property with cash and can do most of repairs myself.I will probably only do 3 homes in my first year which I will live in.I am not interested in becoming an agent.There seems to be plenty of fees between license,broker,mls,membership,marketing, etc.

What stock or certificate of deposit could spit out that much of a dividend so consistently?

Just be consistent and diligent in your search.

And number 1 thing I preach is consistency, be on top of yourself with both parties trust me or everything will go downhill really fast!

Follow up consistantly with everyone. 

 Consistent  lead generation, creates consistent closings.
