Thinking outside the box, what're some common/uncommon concessions that I might be able to work in(or out) to a loan?

I currently put in an offer on a condo but if the sale doesn't go through then I can't use that address on my LLC application; so I guess I have to wait for the sale to go through and then transfer the title to the LLC...unless I setup a PO Box in that state and use that for the LLC address on the application for now?

Im an out of the box thinker.. big dreamer ...and a go getter type!!  

Is it worth pushing our budget to the max to replace, or will an appraiser just check the box that there is central heat/air? 

I don't know if you have a Big Box store card if there are advantages there. 

With non-prime (or non-QM), which means you don't fit in the nice and neat boxes of prime lending, you will have to pay a premium, around 200 basis points higher than 3.8%.

Always use keyless entry of some sort not a lock box because that always uses the same code.

SolvedIf the ‘box’ doesn’t fit, build a different box.  ;-)Obviously there are tax/other considerations.
