Hello, I am new to the forum as well as real estate. I have had some experience in the past being a landlord, but I didn't truly understand how to analysis deals or what made a good tenant. Although it worked out okay, I can now see with hindsight that I made several mistakes. I am interested in the BRRR and buy and hold strategy. I live near the Springfield, MO area. I look forward to getting to know many of you as well as learning all I can.
