@Daniel DietzFirst we'd have to examine your projected AGI.If you're above the phase-out level (SSTB)/phase-in limitation level (non-SSTB), then we'd have to examine what 'trades or businesses' the partnership is involved in.If above those levels:If SSTB, generally you would not be eligible for the QBI deduction for that trade or business.If not a SSTB, we'd have to examine the W-2 expenses and UBIA of qualified property.
