You might want to join the American Association of Private Lenders.

I run a PM company in CT and we start evictions between 11th through the 14th of the month (11th is the first day in CT you can start eviction). 

My main thought would be to reach out to a management company to see if they have any data and active leases they could share.

There is companies that deal with that but it's not a cheap thing. 

Hi Rob,Insurance companies provide quotes of free, so it's a good idea to get multiple and compare.

E&O insurance and liability insurance for property management companies cost far more than most agents pay into their brokerages.

Investors from New Jersey and New York are finding it difficult to find affordable real estate deals as most companies are outpricing them.

I paid close attention to what the other companies did and innovated in the space to be more efficient and profitable than them.
