I don’t know that a realtor would give me comps if I’m buying through a wholesaler, so are there any other options for finding comps?

2) What main skills or knowledge should I focus on acquiring right now that would be beneficial for my current and future real estate investments?

I decided that now is the time to finally jump in after realizing that all the okay houses I've passed on over the years would be great if I could buy them at the same price/rate today.

Im down to put the work in but want to know 2 things...what would be the most efficient and effective way to use my time to get houses under contracts and to close deals.
