Who is coming from the east coast?

Especially if you are investing in western/central MA that is a great market. 

While most property's will do both, certain areas like in the midwest including Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, parts or northern ky, etc, will be more cash flow property's with not as much appreciation compared to somewhere on the coast.
