So maybe the guy will just get out, but he has put a new lock on the bedroom he took over and installed a mega TV she says.Police came out because they had a fight, but police that since he put a lock on the bedroom, it wasn't their concern.

They are usually a little higher, i have gotten them at 4.25% and that was at the end of January. but some commercial loans are set different than a traditional loan, where the rate is locked for 5 years and then can go up, unless you refinance to a conventional mortgage at that time.

This question is about screening tenants and also how one goes about showing them the property.I've typically had a property manager, but am looking at my first more turn key property in a GREAT area that I'm excited to get locked down.For other rentals that I own, I've had my property manager find the tenant for which they charge me half of the first month's rent.

about the condition of the property, if it truly is this much of a "steal", and likely hesitate to pull the trigger. 2) Take a risk on a property in the city near me (cheap prices, high turnover, poor schools, low income), which is not a great city for real estate, that I can buy entirely using my HELOC.
