I imagine that a 3 day minimum for a Saturday would eliminate weekend splitting almost all of the time, aside from the odd Saturday through Tuesday booking.

I am first time investor and am currently going through the rental application/property showing process.

There’s two strategies that are running through my head. 

There was a maximum percentage of units owned by the developer as well as all units in the building were required to be completed through drywall.We ended up partnering with local lenders (4-5 banks and credit unions) who could finance the sales which ended up costing about .5 pts higher than other loan products.

Do you guys have any other ideas on how to get through this without having to sell now specially when its only a few months away to end of year?

Based on my research, it is possible to become financially free through real estate investing, but requires hard work and time.

That language is trying to avoid using their E&O or GL insurance and making it go through your own owner's policy. 

(You can indirectly 1031 into a REIT through a 721 conversion, but I don't think that's really relevant to what you're talking about).
