Two units rented and a third unit is getting updated before it goes on the market.

We're planning to offer marketing services from third parties to assist promoter/operators with their capital raise needs. 

I have two rentals and closing on a third soon.

The reason for this restriction is most of the secondary market will not purchase loans which are in the name of an LLC, they want to have a responsible party attached to the loan rather than just a company.  

Third Question: Can anyone recommend an agent they have used? 

The trick is finding someone who is at your level as far as partying goes.

It seems to me that I never get the value out of that third bedroom with only one bath. 

Some state counties do not allow 3rd parties to display certain public records by default, which could be why you see missing info on some properties.

New rate is 3.25 for curious parties.
