As an investor you go to properties to see how “bad they are” but with typical buyers she goes to see “how nice the place is” and I will be the first one to admit is not easy to see bad place, after bad place, after bad place, it takes a certain personality to deal with that kind of environment day in and day out, because at the end of the day is not just about money is basically a life style.

If the multiunit property is something along the lines of a large condominium complex / large apartment 30 unit complex, then the ball game seems to be a little different (But i cannot say, I'm not in the apartment / condominium complex game)Based on some experience I have, if it's something as of a duplex / SFR style multi unit, you can probably do it yourself (even if it's a couple hours away).3.

Most people that retire in style do so because their home is paid for think of the milliions of Californians that did so and now us in the Northwest. those that are commenting from fly over country were there houses might go up 20k in 10 years I get that.. they look at homes much different than we do on the west coast.
