My best advice is to just leave them a bad review if they have a page and post in Facebook pages not recommending them to people.

First, I would recommend talking to a lawyer about the contracts if you are still unfamiliar.

If you only have a tiny list, it is definitely recommended that you mail multiple times to the same list.
