Even if you create a non-CA LLC, if you are managing the business from California, you will likely be deemed to be "doing business" in California and therefore likely subject to CA taxes.

If you loose your job or changed jobs it has to be repaid immediately or it will be treated as a withdrawl and subject to federal and state taxes and a 10% penatly.

Waiting until the end of the year could subject you to penalties if you didn't pay enough during any of the previous payment periods (even if you ended up being due a refund when you finally filed your tax return).

Even if the supply wasn't rising we should see less buyers in the market, which will increase the monthly inventory supply as time goes on.Supply up and demand down implies that the median home price will drop and should continue to drop for a good amount of time.I absolutely do not recommend panic selling, especially if the subject property is your primary residence.
