I called on a 2br 1ba for rent with less square footage with just a street over and despite having a sign in the yard the property had already  rented for $985. 

Ladies and Gentlemen,I am considering building in Atlanta, and I need to figure out the cost per square foot to build a house.

Small 1100sq foot 4/1 home that needs full rehab.  

He wants to buy the land for under $2.00 per square foot.

Also the cost for the banners is 3.50 cents a square foot from my buddy or he agreed to make them for free in exchange for putting a small line at the bottom like "need a banner..." with his business info... 3.50 a square foot is a good deal as i understand should i just pay for the signs to keep all the attention on my message?????

Did you add any square footage?

Specifically, as there were structural repairs/improvements, I would be sure that there is also a structural review of the footings, sills and beams.

And soon we found ourselves having no handyman want to come to Detroit and work with a ten foot pole and we were alone.

if you decide to install (or have someone install) these types of porcelain that are rectangle and not square, MAKE SURE the stagger of the grout lines is one-third or less!!!
