You pay PMI, they have the security of a property with 25%+ equity.I realize you'll have closing cost, but a small price to get out from under the PMI (and screw it to your current lender).

So I'd need a secure 6 port router at least.This is self interest also, it costs $70 for just broadband from Comcast or Verizon here.

is in an area that is safe, with nothing he can choke on, outlets covered so they don't put keys in them (my son did that once) nothing breakable that can fall down on them, nothing close to shelves where they can climb up on them, no pieces of anything they can wrap around their necks, nothing they can climb up on counters with, etc., you can make sure they have toys, turn on a movie and make your calls. ;)
