I have an offer out on one in Crowfield Plantation and I'm hoping to secure it.

You pay PMI, they have the security of a property with 25%+ equity.I realize you'll have closing cost, but a small price to get out from under the PMI (and screw it to your current lender). 

So I'd need a secure 6 port router at least.This is self interest also, it costs $70 for just broadband from Comcast or Verizon here.

Trust that RECFs are here to say and are going to Rock the Real Estate, Lending, and Security Institutions to their core.  

is in an area that is safe, with nothing he can choke on, outlets covered so they don't put keys in them (my son did that once) nothing breakable that can fall down on them, nothing close to shelves where they can climb up on them, no pieces of anything they can wrap around their necks, nothing they can climb up on counters with, etc., you can make sure they have toys, turn on a movie and make your calls. ;) 

Although nothing is ever guaranteed in real estate, the money I pour into this property seems very secured.

Going forward, in case something happens to me (death) what is the best way to secure here money?  

I thought when they signed the lease, they need to give me a security deposit.

I am trying to get creative with a recent off market deal that was sent my way and was wondering how I might secure my financial interest in a property which I would like the owner to carry the note until time of sale.
