Keep repair/capex improvement documents Season for 6-12 months and you should be able find a refi for whatever the area comps are showing as long as lenders are still able to have liquidity after these next few months.Or take the apr % hit and find pvt money to carry the note. 

Most HML can roll a rehab loan into a year long bridge loan for seasoning.

We did just finally go out to get a larger storage card for the camera, so we can shoot a longer video.

It may be slowed down but will not be stopped simply by the weather, there are cases now in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa which being in the southern hemisphere are experiencing the warmer seasonal weather.

Typically, banks and especially smaller ones will want to see it seasoned.
