I have 4 rentals under rehab right now, and at most times, and I have been "retired" for 20 years.

Having a few challenges on financing right now since I have a 0 credit rating believe it or not was done deliberately because of identity theft in 2000 now have to rebuild it too.Long term goals I’m 58 so wanting to retire or semi retire in next 10 years not really wanting rental projects unless I meet a great property management team exception to that is I want storage rental maybe a few of them.

I know .Retired health professional here who started doing HUD SFR Inspections 4 years ago.

He also got me started on some books on stocks and that's fine as a long term investment but I still needed to make money to keep feeding in to them for retirement.

(and it looks to have been pretty late when he was posting too)The key difference between an IRA and a 401(k) is the nature of the underlying retirement plan.  

I also work for UPS, I've been with them for 18 years (military leave), and approaching 25 years I can retire from UPS and would like to.

(One example was CT Retirement Colony LLC being Connecticut Retirement Community LLC and Connecticut Retirement Colony LLC)  This can definitely bring the detective in me!
