I'd rather spend some more time building relationships with reliable consistent lenders than burn a relationship with the funds that sell these deals.

I have tried some of the lower cost service providers like boost, cricket, sprint, and feel like verizon just is always reliable.  

Local investors can self manage but remote investors will have more trouble finding a reliable manager for lower end asset classes.This asset class certainly carry their own unique risks.

Investors will always need reliable, smart agents to pound the pavement.
