I'm in the North York region, so if there are any meetings in that area that would be great! 

I guess we are a "regional" destination for many services and businesses, including an area of town with 2 major hospitals, a few outpatient type of facilities (for example a prominent higher end specialized cancer clinic), and tons of doctor offices and such.  

In some areas of Illinois, the regional state EPA is pushing for daily testing.

I own a growing portfolio of multifamily properties and have goals to acquire large multifamily buildings over the next several years.As far as goals are concerned, I'd like to invest in a large portfolio of multifamily buildings (20-100 units per) locally and regionally!

As a Realtor and veteran serving the Pittsburgh region, I am currently working with investors both local and remote.

There are definitely differences depending on the type of property (SFH, Duplex, Tri, Quad, 5+) and regional variances.

And within the regions, we see swings in rental downturns and upswings, due to local economics.

My fiancee and I are trying to get into REI together-  we live in the Philly region, and just bought a duplex in Port Richmond that should cashfow 700 a month after PITI and assuming 25% of the cash per month will go towards vacancy and maintenance.  

Also, do you focus exclusively on Whatcom or are you up and down the Puget Sound region?
