If there are no concerns about the property losing value or neighborhood turning, or maintenance issues, and assuming that the property is performing well, I would hold.Maybe you will find something you like better *as an investment* and that will perform better and reduce your risk.

So these fees are earned by the PM.In a similar practice, I have to pay the management fee even if the tenant moves out during a lease period.

So I studied and studied but didn't get going until I found a way to join REI with social responsibility.For me that means owning affording senior housing: assisted living units someone living only on social security could afford.Not the bigger bucks I could earn by owning expensive AL, but now I am excited and making things happen.

You could also have the PG be reduced until eliminated completely once certain metrics have been hit with the property.These days I do not do a deal unless I get MY terms.
