NONE of the travelers that I have met know of that site although I am rapidly educating them and hope that they tell their traveler friends about the site. 

So where are the affordable homes coming from with a rapidly increasing population?

We are seeing similar rapid growth in the gentrifying Chicago neighborhoods right now 

While I may be biased like @Rebecca Knox , the opportunity for cash flowing real estate here is growing at a rapid rate.  

There’s also talk about the 1031 Exchange being repealed by Biden (however unlikely it’s still a risk) and the fact that Atlanta has already been rising by so much it may not reach the same rapid levels of growth as previous years.

It’s appreciating very rapidly tho.

Area is growing rapidly and lots of opportunities still exist.

It's being farmed rapidly, so very competitive. 

I have recently purchased a home in Grand Rapids, MI and I am looking to house hack.

Also I am sure this was not as difficult in the last couple years when values nationwide have risen at a pretty rapid pace.
