I have 50+ rental houses and a handful of office buildings and MF so I'm almost where I could pull it off by myself but I still think we could have more "pull" with a larger combined portfolio and shared resources.. 

Many lenders offer up to 85% on investor financing for a 1-4 unit purchase transaction. 

I think the larger point that most of us are trying to make is that now is not the time to add risk.

What price point would you be targeting for this purchase?

I am hoping to pull pull out the cash from the home to make a large purchase.

We financed the Pennsylvania Ave deal using Partner Driven's capital, covering the $28,000 purchase price.

. $200-300 is typical in the larger metro areas.
