Hi BP CommunityToday I got my annual BP membership renewal notice and I realized it's been a year since I joined BP and purchased PRO package (I pretty much bought it immediately, maybe a week after).

Also start on the right foot using a proper accounting package for property management. 

I"m in Los Angeles Ca and want to obtain  my Real Estate Agent  license.Prefer online package that also provide hard text books.Thank you

And for any who think that's just snark, I sh#t you not that happens all the time, I just took 2 property package yesterday exactly that way, exactly yesterday.

They would qualify and set up appointments for Steve our office secretary would put a map package together so he could find the property he was a little directionally challenged.. so his day got condensed to 2 to 3 site visits and timber cruises.. working 1/3 the hours and first year we closed over 80 deals that had net revenue in the low 7 figures for the company..
